Celebration: Mickey has the keys to the city! This small town was created by the "Walt Disney Company" in 1994.She wanted to make a perfect city, without any crime, in contrast to the country's major urban centers.Built on the model of small American cities of the beginning of the 20th century, the place gives the feeling of being in a Hollywood film. The houses follow a whole model of predefined architecture among five styles "approved" by Disney, inspired in particular by colonial, Mediterranean or French villas. The city is governed by very strict rules in terms of behavior, maintenance of houses or gardens. And Disney has a right to look at the sale of houses! But advantage, Celebration is a safe city, on a human scale with its city center, its shops, its restaurants and allows residents to do a lot of things on foot or by bicycle, rare in the United States. The city strives to create a welcoming, friendly and festive atmosphere by offering many events throughout the year such as the "Great American Pie Festival", the "Oktoberfest Party" or "fallen" shows or leaves orArtificial snow at Christmas. And icing on the cake, Celebration is directly connected to "Walt Disney Resort", which allows residents to go to parks when they want, without needing a pass!If you want to buy a property from Mickey, you will have to show "white leg" and put a certain price: $ 150,000 for apartments to more than $ 800,000 for the biggest houses.

Orlando inexorably continues its evolution and its expansion. The city has become the first tourist destination in the USA with more than 66 million visitors per year. Thanks to the installation of many companies new jobs are created each year and the population increases by 2.33% per year since 2010.

Orlando certainly does not have the image and festive reputation of Miami, but advantage, real estate prices are not those of Miami either, the rates of return are often higher and less fluctuating.

Investing in the city of Orlando means making a real estate investment in a stable city where the economic dynamics are strong and where the presence of amusement parks acts as a growth accelerator.

According to economists, Orlando will become the next Los Angeles or New York by 2030.
